I need to do something different with my gallery. I just reorganized the pictures on my computer so I can't really keep updating it in the same manner. Maybe I'll take down all of the old pictures (2002 and below). Does anyone even care about those? I don't think so. I'll have plenty of time to think about it.

No More Finals

Well, finals are finished, for me at least. Other people have finals, so I sit and watch them while they work. Poor souls.

I had my UC interview yesterday. This is the interview where I'm supposed to display what I learned as a UC Trainee and have to pass to become a full UC. Well I passed that son-of-a-bitch and get paid $7.20 now. w00t. $7.20 is significantly more than $6.75.

What else has been happening? I don't know, I'm flying home on Saturday. That's cool.

Well here I am, working and bored again. I swear nothing interesting ever happens in this lab. People come, type stuff, print, leave. I however, do not. I must stay and usually not print but sometimes print. I looked at some of the people in my classes for next semester and here are my observations:

Computer Science: Only 6 people, damn. Mostly nerdy looking of course. I know one person and he's pretty cool.

Econ: This class gets slightly more attractive, many more people, about 20. I have had class with a fair amount of them. My roommate is in it. Should be ok.

Philosophy: Much more attractive. Why am I judging Grinnell classes by how many attractive people there are? I have a great girlfriend anyway and I'm quite happy with that. I guess it's just nice to not have to look at hideous people for long periods of time. If that makes me bad then fine. That class should be interesting, I'm excited.

Music thing: who cares.

So overall I think it'll be a good semester. Much more time consuming than this one though. Bleh...

Last Week

Thus begins the last week of classes of my first semester. Amazing how it has all passed. It shouldn't be too difficult of a week. I have a calc exam on Wednesday and a paper to revise by Thursday but no worries. I also have two of those Final Exam thingies but they're take-home, so that's easy. Not sure what I'll do with all of my free time during finals week, probably read a book that I'm not being forced to read. That'll be nice. Well, I have to finish working now and then go pick up my care package full of hygiene.

Waltz

Waltz was a lot of fun, though I thought it wouldn't be. Can't be listening to piano music at a pre-party, everyone dressed their finest, while drinking a forty. I didn't take any pictures but I stole some from various people, I shall post a couple here.
